A clinician-operator who translates evidence-based care into scalable systems — and leads the teams that run them.

Directs 50+ behavioral health clinicians across ~15 clinics at Boomerang Healthcare, with organization-wide ownership of clinical training, caseload management, and program design. Authored the full clinician onboarding curriculum and the clinical curricula for three multidisciplinary programs, and led their rollout across the network — including scaling one program from 2 to 14 clinics in three months.

Founded and leads Solano Integrated Wellness Center, a workers' compensation psychology clinic widening access to behavioral health care for injured workers across California.
